The Keithley 2000-20 Scanning Multimeter is a special version of the Model 2000 6.5 Digit DMM. Its designed especially for switch-and-measure applications involving up to 20 inputs (channels). The DMM comes complete with the 20-channel scanner card already installed in the option slot, so its easy to create a self contained multi-point measurement solution. A quick-disconnect connector on the rear panel simplifies system set-up. The switching card can be controlled from the front panel or via the RS-232 or IEEE-488 interface.
